ESP Flasher App is a browser-based utility that allows users to write (flash) firmware binaries to ESP-based microcontrollers over a USB serial connection. The Tool is provided "as is" and relies on experimental web technologies (Web Serial API).

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Use at your own risk. Firmware flashing involves interacting directly with hardware at a low level. While we strive to make this Tool as safe and reliable as possible, ESP Flasher App makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Tool's functionality or safety.

Hardware Damage: ESP Flasher App shall not be held liable for any "bricked" (permanently disabled) devices, hardware damage, or loss of data resulting from the use of this Tool.
Suitability: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the firmware `.bin` files you upload are correct, compatible with your specific hardware, and flashed to the correct memory addresses.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Tool, you agree to:

Use the Tool only for lawful purposes.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or cause harm to the underlying infrastructure or servers hosting the Tool.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Tool following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
