Welcome to ESP Flasher App. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use our browser-based firmware flashing tool.

ESP Flasher App operates entirely within your web browser using the Web Serial API. We take your privacy very seriously:

No Firmware Uploads: When you select a `.bin` file from your computer to flash to your device, the file is processed locally in your browser's memory. It is never uploaded to our servers.
No Device Data Collection: We do not collect, transmit, or store your device's MAC address, flash size, chip type, or serial monitor logs. All device interactions happen strictly over your local USB connection.

While the core flashing logic is local, the tool may connect to external servers to fetch resources:

Official Firmware Repository: The tool may fetch `config.json` and associated firmware `.bin` files from our servers if you use the "Preloaded Firmware" mode.
Third-party CDNs: We use external Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) to load fonts, icons (FontAwesome), and the `esptool-js` library. These services may log your IP address as per their standard operational procedures.

We do not use tracking cookies or personalized analytics tracking on this specific application. It is designed to be a standalone utility.
